The Way to Wisdom consists of constant perseverance,
It is imperfect and gathered in thorns and brambles.
The weakness that passes is only the devil’s ruse.

Through the Vincentian Virtues, we will show you the way,
Through the Demons that Hurt You, we will show you the way,
Past the combats you’ve worked through, DePaul will show you the way.

Like the Lake Shore and Wrigley, there is a spirit in Blue,
And as Daughters of Charity we aim to share that clarity.
Chicago is our Home Base, Providence will be our guide.

Monsieur, I know the suffering through affliction you’ve endured,
But as full reservoirs—Lincoln Park’s waters will fill you…
On course to transfer scarlet demons—to blue internal paradise.
