The Most Lucid Explanation of the Greatest MMA Fighter of All Time Part 2

Sports is like politics. People can twist the facts to fit whichever narrative they wish to be true. It is a branch of confirmation bias and general biases toward our favorite fighters and against those we dislike. Yes. The Greatest of All Time in any sport will always be debatable since it is in fact a matter of opinion. But this seven part series presents as lucid an argument for the best MMA fighter of all time that you will find anywhere on the Internet. And if you disagree, jump right in and let’s have an open debate. But just remember one thing….sports, like politics, may boil down to what one wants to believe….but it also does contain cold hard facts. This list is not about favorite or media darlings or the most popular fighters, it’s about objective facts. And by the end of this series, the evidence will show who is as factually close to being the greatest fighter of all time as possible.  The seven parts of this series are as follows:

Part 1: The Honorable Mentions

Part 2: The Notorious Mention

Part 3: Explanation of the fifth greatest fighter of all time.

Part 4: Explanation of the fourth greatest fighter of all time.

Part 5: Explanation of the third greatest fighter of all time.

Part 6: Explanation of the second greatest fighter of all time.

Part 7: Explanation of the greatest MMA fighter of all time.

Let’s begin part 2.

Part 2: The Notorious Mention

conor-mcgregor-money-2

Stop it. Anyone who is saying or even asking if Conor McGregor is the GOAT now that he is the only man to hold two UFC titles at the same time: Please. Just stop it. Conor McGregor is not the GOAT and has a long, long way to go before he is even in the discussion.

First, let’s debunk the argument of “He did what nobody else did before, so he is automatically the greatest of all time.” By that logic, we are picking and choosing which achievement nobody has ever done before is most important. Anderson Silva defended his championship 10 times. That’s something no one has ever done before. Jon Jones has never truly lost a fight, even after being in nine title fights, that’s something that has never been done before. To essentially state that victories over Jose Aldo and Eddie Alvarez are more valuable than all the contenders the names on this list defeated shows either profound ignorance of the sport of MMA or a fanboy bias in favor of The Notorious One.

Look, McGregor….he’s awesome. I’m a fan, too. He is the most entertaining and charismatic personality the sport of MMA has ever seen. And who knows, if he keeps doing what he’s doing, he could end up being in this conversation. His striking-led by his deadly left hand, his precision, timing, and the brevity of his average fight time make it possible for McGregor to someday get to the top. But right now, he is equally as out of the conversation as Khabib Nurmagomedov. If we are to say what no one has done before, let’s look at a UFC Fighter who is 24-0 with 8 UFC wins. THAT’S NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE. So if that’s all we need, something that has never been done before, then I guess Khabib is already the GOAT! But of course, Khabib still has a lot of proving to do at the top level, and guess what, Conor does too. But there is more good news for McGregor fanboys. Conor McGregor is already the best of all time at something. Conor McGregor is already the best CHALLENGER of all time. Here’s a guy who at his first crack, finished not one, but TWO different weight-class champions in dominant fashion, one of them in 13 seconds! Who so happened to be the greatest featherweight of all time! This 13-second victory over Aldo instantly begins if not solidifies the claim that McGregor is the greatest challenger of all time because in 13 seconds he managed to knock someone out AND simultaneously knock them out the running of being the GOAT. The only way Aldo can return to the running of being the GOAT is to avenge this loss and prove, or at least validate the argument, that it was a fluke, i.e. GSP/Matt Serra. Aldo knows this. Which is why he is obsessed with the Irishman. For McGregor to single-left-handedly knock someone out of the GOAT race is GCAT (Greatest Challenger of All Time) material!

Then, the cojones it takes to ask for and successfully achieve a second belt on top of that confirms him as the greatest challenger of all time. And hell, maybe even the greatest conqueror of all time. He has conquered two weight classes, the PPV market, and from the looks of things, the UFC operations itself. But it is one thing to be a great conqueror, and it is quite another to be a great ruler. THAT is the difference between the Conor McGregors and the Anderson Silvas, GSPs, and ironically, the Jose Aldos of the world. Those guys don’t just conquer, they rule. McGregor is not only yet to prove he can do this, but he hasn’t even proven a WILLINGNESS to do it. And that’s the guy we are putting in the same breath of the dominant champions that are to come on this list!? Is that really where we are, MMA pundits? What’s sad is that the question of whether Conor McGregor is the greatest of all time has been asked by actual MMA journalists! STOP IT! STOP POISONING THE INTELLECTUAL WELL OF THE SPORT! STOP IT! I expect that from the Irish and the McGregor fanboys, but as MMA experts, you must do better. Here is a guy who does not have ONE title defense. NOT ONE title defense, guys, and you are asking if he is the greatest of all time!? And it’s not even like he’s undefeated. He has THREE defeats, and one VERY RECENT defeat to a fighter who is 19 and freakin’ 11! JUST STOP IT.

McGregor refused to defend the featherweight title, which is understandable due to being unexpectedly tied up with Diaz and then winning the lightweight strap. But with two titles, comes twice the responsibility. If McGregor was going to opt for a vacation, just one defense of the featherweight title before doing so would have been just enough to keep him as a two-weight world champion in the real world, not the inflated one in his head which he resides in. This would also prevent the stigma that he now deserves of being a champion who never defended his title belt….not because of injury, but because of ego and self-admitted complacency.

And let’s make one thing clear. This vacation is about ego, not about paternal leave. If it were about paternity leave, firstly, McGregor wouldn’t have pulled a Bisping: being available for one scenario and unavailable in another. Much like how Michael Bisping claimed to be ready to fight GSP or Nick Diaz at UFC 206, only to immediately claim he was unable to compete after Jacare Souza became available, Conor McGregor sites paternity leave as the main reason for his vacation, and yet he goes out and gets a boxing license and names his price for a Floyd Mayweather bout. Additionally, he has made it clear that he won’t fight again until he receives stake in the company. If it were really about paternal leave, this extra condition would never be mentioned. Instead, he would just temporarily ride off earnestly into the sunset with the legitimacy of his paternity leave along with him—gripped around his gold-laden waist. But McGregor…he’s not hungry to EARN the right to be the GOAT. He would rather try to manipulate the public into thinking he’s at this level. And somehow, it seems to be working in many sects. This works well for him, as it continues to ensure bigger demand to see him compete again, and more lucrative payouts. Which is what it all really boils down to with the persona and the athlete of Conor McGregor:  The bottom line. Well, the bottom line in THIS particular discussion is that there shouldn’t even BE a bottom line because the damn conversation shouldn’t even begin among MMA pundits. Unless you can consider scathing indictments like this to be a conversation about it, in which case, converse away!

Even the greatest of conquerors may become complacent. They may find that they have conquered enough and then opt to take a break until something else catches their eye: more gold (instead of staying put long enough to protect the gold already seized), more money, more power, or all of the above. If you look at those incentives, you’ll notice how perfectly they fit who Conor McGregor is and what he stands for. Yes. Mr. McGregor is a conqueror. Just ask him. He’ll tell you. But he’s not a ruler. Rulers want to continue to remind the world who is king. Not through charismatic speeches that captivate the masses, but by imposing their will over any legitimate threat that dares challenge him.  As I said at the beginning of this post, I am a McGregor fan, too. But being a fan of someone does not mean refraining from calling B.S. when it presents itself. This is a distinction that the MMA media had better make and make quickly otherwise the enabling of McGregor’s  ego and his demands will continue to be the norm, and he will certainly exploit this public opinion and thereby freeze divisions and the flow of competition until all his demands are met. The MMA media continues to enable McGregor by neglecting to call out this nonsense, and they are also dumbing down the scholarship of the sport by even ASKING if he skips the five men who are about to be described on this list after having only two title fights in a 20-3 MMA career. For the love of the MMA gods, just stop it.

Stay tuned for Part 3 tomorrow where we begin to explain the inclusion AND placement of the five fighters on the GOAT list.

The Most Lucid Explanation of the Greatest MMA Fighter of All Time Part 1

Sports is like politics. People can twist the facts to fit whatever narrative they wish to be true. It is a branch of confirmation bias and general biases toward our favorite fighters and against those we dislike. Yes, the greatest of all time in any sport will always be debatable since it is a matter of opinion. But this seven part series presents as lucid an argument for the best MMA fighter of all time that you will find anywhere on the Internet. And if you disagree, jump right in and let’s have an open debate. But just remember one thing: sports, like politics, may boil down to what one wants to believe….but it also does contain cold hard facts. This list is not about favorites or media darlings or the most popular fighters, it’s about objective facts.

Let’s begin part 1.

Part 1: The Honorable Mentions (In no particular order)

Honorable Mention #1 of 2: Dominick Cruz042dominickcruz_gallery_post-0_standard_783-0-0

Dominick Cruz has fought the same number of fights as Jon Jones and technically, they share the same exact record (and I do mean technically). If you look at Cruz’s record and the competition he has faced, it is perplexing why his name is absent from discussions on the GOAT list. Cruz only has one defeat, and being that it was via first-round submission, it can be argued that he has never been outfought by any of his opponents through an extended period of time. He has, however, had some split-decision victories, most recently in a peculiar scorecard rendered in his title-unification bout with T.J. Dillashaw (48-47, 49-46, 46-49). Cruz also has split decision wins over Joseph Benavidez (certainly no shame in that), and Ian McCall. Cruz’s trademark fighting style reliant on fugitive footwork and spotless technique is what makes him one of the best P4P fighters in the world, but it also is perhaps the biggest reason why he is not the GOAT: he does not have as many decisive victories as the other contenders for the GOAT title. The lack of finishes mixed with the four split-decision wins are two major factors to Cruz not being the GOAT maybe even more so than his loss to Faber. After all, as stated, Faber did not necessarily outfight Cruz, he just got the better of a decisive scramble. Also, based on many, if not most MMA fans giving the GOAT nod to Anderson Silva, one loss is definitely not an instant disqualifier for GOAT status. But the lack of finishes on the other hand is. With only three finishes at the WEC/UFC level (one by doctor stoppage), the only way Cruz would have a strong argument to GOAT glory would be to have an impeccable decision-victory record. The split decisions prevent that.

BUT, Cruz still very much has the potential to be the GOAT, which reflects how underrated he is in this discussion. At the end of the day, he only has one loss and has had the same number of fights as Jon Jones, someone who without question is in discussion of being the GOAT. That shows a level of consistency you would want from the greatest ever. Most importantly, he has a victory which may very well be the biggest victory of ANYONE in the GOAT discussion, that being a victory over Demetrious Johnson. Most MMA pundits would agree that Johnson was not at the level then as he is now, but he was already an elite fighter and was still Mighty Mouse however you want to spin it; therefore, this is without question the hallmark victory of Cruz’s career, and anyone who wants to make an argument for him as the GOAT must start with this win.

From there, you can consider wins over Joseph Benavidez (two), avenging his lone loss to Uriah Faber with two decisive victories, and another monumental win over TJ Dillashaw after a one-and-a-half-year layoff—which succeeded a mammoth three-year layoff. December 30th will be very important for Cruz’s argument for both the P4P rankings of today and any future arguments for him being the GOAT. Cody Garbrandt is still so young and new to the game that some fans may not give this win the respect it deserves should Cruz be victorious; but anyone who subscribes to the eye test could argue that Cody Garbrandt is easily one of the biggest challenges of Cruz’s career. We are still learning about Cody, who is only 10-0, but should Cruz make Garbrandt 10-1, and then Garbrandt goes on to have the post-Cruz-loss career that shows his elite status (i.e. Demetrious Johnson), that would make two monumental victories that are difficult for anyone else to match. Garbrandt has all the tools to be that important of a victory for Cruz. Garbrandt contains devastating KO power, accuracy, fight IQ, timing, athleticism, and something many fans are unaware of: proven wrestling ability. Do not be surprised if Garbrandt ends up with an incredible MMA record, which would strengthen Cruz’s GOAT argument with a W on the 30th. But even for the time being, both the oddsmakers and the eye-test-ready MMA fan see that Garbrandt would instantly be one of the biggest wins of Cruz’s career and would majorly boost his legacy.

With a victory over Garbrandt, and even 2-3 title defenses after that, which is not many at all, there is no reason why Cruz should not be right in the middle of the GOAT debate. Interestingly enough, with a victory over Cruz, Garbrandt could then be entering stage one of someday getting into that conversation himself.

Honorable Mention #2 of 2: Khabib Nurmagomedov

031415-ufc-khabib-nurmagomedov-ln-pi-vresize-1200-675-high-99

OK. Cool your jets. I am in no way saying that Khabib Nurmagomedov is in the discussion right now of being the GOAT. But here is something that may shock you: He is only FOUR wins away from being completely out of the conversation to arguably being at the very top of the list.

Before you write that statement off as X-click-worthy, let’s start off with his record of 24-0. That is, on paper, the best record in the UFC. Better than Demetrious Johnson’s, better than Dominick Cruz’s, and yes, even better than Jon Jones’s, even discounting Jones’s DQ loss. Jones would be 22-0 if not for that loss (23-0 if not ruled a DQ), while Khabib is 24-0. Now I know what you’re thinking, “But who has he faced!? They don’t even compare to who the Joneses and Cruzes of the world have faced!” And you would be right. But with Khabib’s injury problem and his lack of consistent visibility that comes with it, it seems many forget that he has beaten tough opponents: Gleison Tibau, Thiago Tavares, Michael Johnson, and others. None of these names do much damage when arguing for future GOAT status, but it does when you depend on a concept that will continue to show up in this series: the eye test. You see, it’s not just that Khabib is 24-0 and 8-0 in the UFC, it’s the WAY he is 24-0 and 8-0 in the UFC. The level of ease, dominance, and consistency in which Khabib has performed is easily reminiscent of what a GOAT would look like. With four victories, those dominant victories will become all the more laudable. Khabib already has one hallmark victory over Rafael Dos Anjos in an insanely dominant performance which in comparison to Dos Anjos’ other opponents, including those who have defeated Dos Anjos, shows how head and shoulders above his peers Khabib appears to be. So what are the four victories he would need to go along with this hallmark victory?

First, a victory over Tony Ferguson who right now is competing at a very elite level and riding a 9 fight win streak. ANY win over Ferguson would be a huge boost to Khabib’s legacy, but if he wins in dominant fashion that would continue to show the “man amon boys” quality that seems to ooze from his performances. Next, a win over the biggest UFC star of all time, Conor McGregor, even if one disagrees that it would be his biggest victory in merit, would without a doubt be his biggest victory in notoriety (no pun intended). And whether you like McGregor or not, he has proven to be an elite fighter, even if a bit one-dimensional. With those two wins, Khabib would be halfway there to the GOAT marker. At this point, Khabib would be 26-0 with three hallmark victories. Any two title defenses, especially in dominant fashion, would have him at 28-0, a record in MMA that we have never seen before and with 12 of these wins coming in the UFC. If this scenario were to play out, not only would Khabib be in the conversation, but depending on his performances, and on the level of the last two opponents, he may very well have my vote for being at the top.

So Khabib is not the greatest….but he IS the greatest example of the “stay-tuned” class. I happen to believe that this scenario will happen, and that Khabib as it is right now, is ability-wise arguably the best P4P fighter in the world, and that it’s just yet to be proven. After he proves it with these four victories, the meteoric rise from not even being a consideration for GOAT to being at or near the top of the list would be unprecedented.

Tomorrow is part two of The Most Lucid Explanation of the Greatest MMA Fighter of All Time series, and given the title: The Notorious Mention, it will come as no surprise whom it will be about.

*Binghamton University*

Hunting season begins in the fall.

Bearcats retreat from the den of the commonplace
into a public
university that stands amongst the premiere of
the Northeast.
They reach Binghamton’s rolling hills then
step out and enter the natural woodland where
the silver maples soak in a yellow glow
and the bucks repose by the sunlit pond.
The foliage mirrors the verdure of the campus,
and in the migrations through the woods,
the serenity of autumn
is captured.

When winter passes with the tracks of snow,
and the salamander braces to cross the road,
Bearcats reemerge to stomp out winter’s coat,
and Fling right into the Spring.
Accompanied by live bands and provided with nutrition,
The Bearcats are well sustained to begin their crawl.
As snapshots are taken in the preserve of the
Black-capped chickadee and Northern Crescent,
The Bearcats are
Crawling all through State,
when
the night
is captured.

At spring’s end as the green frogs
are heard calling from the bridge,
and there is nothing but Peace
on the Quad,
The Bearcats return to their den—
often located miles away.
Many Bearcats will return the
next fall, to carry on and hunt again,
while other Bearcats retire into the summer.

These Bearcats go on to make
their own industrial space,
decorating their walls
with the glory days.
When visitors and associates enter the den,
They observe a piece of the Green life
hanging up as the remnants
of the hunt, with its words telling
the viewer
What has been conquered,
but
cannot
be captured.

How to Respond to Trump-Era Racism and Harassment

Earlier I saw a post from comedian Jon Laster who encountered a racist at the comedy club he performed in, and after finding the strength to reform from rearranging the racist’s dental work, he took to social media to ask for suggestions on what to do when met with racism while avoiding catching a case. Here is a rephrase of what I just messaged him:

Racist terms like “nigger” developed their power because of the legal and social history of a believed inferiority of Blacks. This inferiority belief was empowered by the lack of civil rights and basic freedoms of Blacks in America dating back to slavery. I’m pointing out the obvious because racist words like that CANNOT be used in the same context now as it was then because Blacks DO now have basic civil rights and freedoms and are legally recognized as full equals. Blacks are still the victims of injustice on a daily basis, but not nearly to the extent of when racist terms developed their power. The same way blacks will never know what it was like to live back then, whites of today will never know what it means to be a racist in its purest, truest, oppressive form. The closest thing to this power is racist police officers, which, you can be sure, is a major driving force for such individuals to join the force. But in regards to the everyday racists who harass Blacks, or for that matter, Muslims, Hispanics, or any other racial or religious minority have no real power, unlike their ancestors. Therefore, when it comes to being a true racist, as I’ve said before: They are posers. And like all posers, instead of being feared, they should be mocked

The context of these words today is different from back then. The context today is simply an attempt at bullying. It’s tribalism that is emboldened by the election, and now they who think they are in the majority in regards to their ideals are simply bullying those who, with Trump’s election, appear to be the minority. So what is happening when someone makes racist or bigoted remarks is an engagement in a mental battle. As a victim of these words, it is perfectly understandable to want to pop somebody in the mouth or to blow your lid. Natural even. Especially with the historical context of words like “nigger.” But in doing that, they have won the mental battle. They (aside from if you pop them in the mouth), got what they wanted. They hurt you. They got that rise. That’s all they wanted to do. For all we know, they then go home, listen to rap music, talk politely to their black co-workers, and maybe even have black friends. Each of these things, true racists back in the “good ol’ days” when America was “great” would never do. They’d just go on being racists 24/7. But being that they are posers, this basic truth is lost on the new generation of racists. Because they will never know what it means to have this kind of power, they try to simulate history on real lives with real emotions, but the fact is: It’s just a mental battle. So how do you win this mental battle? Everyone is different. But my top two options are

1: Clap back. Roast their asses. Put them in their place. Be creative. They tried to hurt your feelings in a non-creative, generic fashion. Hurt theirs personally and directly. That is the true eye-for-an-eye approach, and is justice without needing to get violent. Not everyone has a way with words or the fortitude to be able to keep their composure to do this, which leaves option #2, which is the option I most recommend:

2. Calmly record them and post for the world to see who they are. I would even suggest to do so with a smile on your face. Not only will that confuse them, but it will frustrate them in this mental battle and leave them flustered, and most importantly, it will let the whole world see who they are and potentially ruin their lives in ways their words could never ruin yours. And, as has already been the case with many racists online who have lost their jobs or been expelled, the backlash will prove what I have stated: they do NOT have the same power as their ancestors. They are mere posers.

Take away their power. Both the words and their speakers’. History is too deep for the words not to hurt at all; but when you are in a battle, you don’t let the pain show: you just fight back.

Elect Yourself to Power

1) Just as sure as the election of Barack Obama did not, to the surprise of some, erode hate, it is equally as certain that the Donald Trump presidency will not erode love. These forces will always be a part of the world. It’s a fact of life. Choose which vibes you let in, don’t let the outside world choose for you.

2) The surplus of outward racism that seems to be growing from random white folk is just another, more grand form of posery. The real racists were oppressors who held people in chains, figurative or literal, and prevented people from basic human rights with a mob mentality and bent justice system. Just as black people of today will never know how bad it was back then, these white people of today will never know what it means to be true racists as their ancestors were. And just like any other poser, be it a fake emo, gangster, biker, etc, instead of being feared, they should be mocked. And in doing so, these posers lose whatever imagined power they think they have.

3) Don’t lose sight of the real issues of racism. People who actually DO hold powers like those described above: such as the criminal justice system and many police forces throughout the country. Choose your battles. Instead of fighting with posers, focus on the bigger, much more pivotal battle where people are being killed, and even more people remain silent.

4) You don’t need to be ashamed to be American or even ashamed of America. That implies that every American made this decision. Nope. The majority of the states and over 59 million people did, who just happen to share this same man-conceived land called the United States. You have your own values apart from those people, and based on the popular vote, you are not alone. This is a time to unite, true, but it’s also a time to own your individuality and the values that come along with it, and then surround yourself with like-minded folks. You’ll live a much more peaceful life that way. There is a space bigger than any country within all of us. Group mentality and social constructs blinds us to this sometimes. Donald Trump, his supporters, and America itself pales in comparison to what we each have inside us. Now would be a good time to become the president of that space.

5) I sincerely hope Donald Trump shocks the world and is an excellent president. Not for myself, but for those who are in fear. And I hope that all the peace-loving immigrants and Hispanic families (among many others) do not have their entire world upended the way we all know is possible. I can’t imagine what I would have said today to my mostly-Hispanic student base that I had the privilege of teaching for three years. But they, and millions of others, are truly in my thoughts. I guess what I would say is that I, and 58,814,018 others tried; and in spite of the results yesterday, unlike Hillary,

We Are Not Defeated.

They reach Binghamton’s rolling hills then
step out and enter the natural woodland where
the silver maples soak in a yellow glow
and the bucks repose by the sunlit pond.
The foliage mirrors the verdure of the campus,
and in the migrations through the woods,
the serenity of autumn
is captured.

When winter passes with the tracks of snow,
and the salamander braces to cross the road,
Bearcats reemerge to stomp out winter’s coat,
and Fling right into the Spring.
Accompanied by live bands and provided with nutrition,
The Bearcats are well sustained to begin their crawl.
As snapshots are taken in the preserve of the
Black-capped chickadee and Northern Crescent,
The Bearcats are
Crawling all through State,
when
the night
is captured.

At spring’s end as the green frogs
are heard calling from the bridge,
and there is nothing but Peace
on the Quad,
The Bearcats return to their den—
often located miles away.
Many Bearcats will return the
next fall, to carry on and hunt again,
while other Bearcats retire into the summer.

These Bearcats go on to make
their own industrial space,
decorating their walls
with the glory days.
When visitors and associates enter the den,
They observe a piece of the Green life
hanging up as the remnants
of the hunt, with its words telling
the viewer
What has been conquered,
but
cannot
be captured.

*U of R*

(Set to the Melody of “Some Nights” by fun.)

Some Nights I Stay Up
Tweaking hard on Starbucks,
Cramming to pass the vital laps.
Some Nights I wish that
Rochester had White Castle,
Boy I sure crave those tasty sacks.

But I still wake up,
And now it’s time to test,
Oh Lord,
Give me a sign…
Me-li-or-aaa…

What Does It Stand For?
What Does That Stand For?

Bad Sign.
I Forgot…

Any moooo-oore?
Ohhh-whoaaa-oh!
Ohhh-whoaaa-oh!
Ohoh!

Whoaaa-oh!
Whoa-ohhhhh-oh!
Whoa-ohhhh-oh!
Whoaoh!

This is it, guys,
U of R!
The anthem of who you are!
Let’s get the troops and rally for
D-Dayyyyyyy

Eastman is best, Believe the Hype!
The Ramblers
Sing Through Midnight,
The music here is quite alright,
Yo,
Don’t even try
To Jack Our Style…

That’s not alright.

You can still go to a show tonight,
Though you’re not this good your school can always
Try. Try. Try.

Ayyyeee-ay-aye
That’s Humble Pie.
Mmm…
Mmm…

Well,
Some nights I wish that
The snow would end,
Come Winterfest, there always is a change.

And some nights,
I’m scared to eat at The Pit,
Some nights, you just can’t win.
Can’t win…

But I still wake up,
I still see the sign,
Oh Lord,
I still forgot
What Meliora stands for…

What Does It Stand For?
What Does That Stand For?

How can…
I not knowww!??!

Oh, Come onnnnn…

So this is it?
I left my home for this?
Took out a bunch of loans for this?
Put mom and dad in debt for this?

Yes.
Here I see stars, I see, Yellowjacket stars that’s what they are,
And when I hear songs…

They read like this one, so
Come Onnnnnnnnnnn
Oh, Come Onnnnnnnnnn
Aw, Come Onnnnnnnnnn
OH, Come Onnnnnnnnnn

WELL,
This is it guys,
That is all!
If I could go back I’d do it again,
I’d do ten years of this
And hope my counselor understands!
This is why I left my home,
Sorry to bail, Mom, I had to go,
Who the fuck wants to stay at home
And miss out on this righteous fun?

My heart breaks for anybody
Who got stuck in other schools,
When I looked up and saw the sign…
Man you wouldn’t believe…
It all came back to me…

I remember-er-err…

Me-lio-raaaaaahaaaahaaahh. aaaahahah..ahhahhhaaah.
Bet-terrr.
Ahhahhhaahhh..ahhaaaaah–ah-ahuhAhahAhuhUhuh

Ohhh-whoaaa!
Ohh-whoaaa-oh!
Ohhh-whoaaa-oh!
Ohoh!

Whoaaa-oh!
Whoa-ohhhhh-oh!
Whoa-ohhhh-oh!
Whoaoh!

The other night you wouldn’t believe
The dream that I had about you and me!
We got into Harvard but then we agreed…

Rochester is way better…

Rochester is Always Beeettterrr…

We knew Rochester is Beeeetterrrr…

This sign told me Rochester is
Ever Better.
